Spanish – Egyptian Talks in Oil and Gas Domains

Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, met with Mr. Arturo Avello, Spanish Ambassador to Egypt, where they discussed joint cooperation aspects between both countries and ways to support them.

During the meeting, they reviewed the new investment opportunities in oil, gas and petrochemical projects over the coming period. As Egypt is considered a significant gateway to African markets, as well as the Middle East.

It’s worth mentioning that, the Ministry of Petroleum is, currently, executing an intensive program for oil and gas exploration activities, which represent an incentive for the International companies to invest in research, exploration and fields’ development.
