Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources received John Christman Apache’s CEO, Stephen Riney and Timothy Sullivan , Executive Vice Presidents, during their visit to Cairo with the presence of Thomas Maher, Egypt Region and General Manager, where they discussed the activities of the company's branch in Egypt, and its joint companies with EGPC, Khalda and Qarun ,following up investments’ status and plans for fields development and production.
The Minister pointed out that the visit of the US delegation confirms Apache’s interest in its presence in Egypt to continue its exploration and development operations through its affiliated companies to increase concession areas for exploration, noting that the company has spotted $ 1 billion , as investments for the fiscal year 2016/2017.
