Dubai-based on-demand fuel delivery company Cafu is planning to expand its business into Egypt soon, the company said on LinkedIn, without providing further details about a launch date.
The new startup, which was founded in 2018 in the UAE, has a mobile app that allows its costumers to provide their car location to order fuel to be delivered to their vehicles wherever they are. The Emirati company's billboards, reading "coming soon", can now be seen on Cairo's highways. The company runs a fleet of over 80 trucks in the UAE's Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. It is expected to launch its services soon in Muscat after an agreement with Oman-based Al-Maha Petroleum was announced last month. According to its official website, the newly-established company considers itself the Middle East's first fuel delivery application. Cafu's officials contacted by Ahram Online on Sunday were not immediately available for comment. For more information about related Opportunities and Key Players visit Egypt Oil and Gas Projects |
