Egyptian – Cameroonian Discussions in Petroleum & Mining Domains

Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources received Mr. Hernest Ngoua Boubou, Cameroonian Minister of Mines, Industry and Technological Development and the accompanying delegation in the presence of the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Mineral Resources.

During the meeting, The Petroleum Minister reviewed the current vision of developing Mining activities in Egypt and updating governing legislative structure and regulatory laws of mining related work. He also reviewed the Ministry’s orientation towards increasing investments in the Mineral Resources field.

On the other hand, The Cameroonian Minister expressed interest of his country in acquiring the Egyptian Experience in Petroleum & Mining Domains. During his visit, He will meet with Egyptian Maintenance co., Petromaint, Egypt Gas and Egyptian Drilling co. in order to review their activities and finding available opportunities to work in the Cameroonian Market.
