Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources met with Iman Hill, Technical Director & GM Dana Gas UAE accompanied by Michael Horst Pyszka General Manager Dana Gas Egypt in the presence of Eng.
Mohamed Moanes, First Undersecretary for, Natural Gas Affairs, Eng. Mohamed El Masry, Chairman of EGAS and Eng. Tarek El Hadidi, Chief Executive of EGPC. They reviewed the current status of the company’s activities in Egypt as well as future oil & gas upstream plans for its concession areas, mainly in offshore Nile Delta. Furthermore, they discussed the programs of drilling new wells as well as timetables of production. In addition to linking producing wells in Balsam field in order to increase the production of the Joint venture, El Wasatani Petroleum Company. Currently, the company’s production rate stands at 195 million cf/d of natural gas, 6200 barrels of condensates per day and about 220 tons of LPG, approximately.
