Eng. Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources signed a new upstream agreement in East Esh El Malaha area” Offshore Magawish” between EGPC and Trident Petroleum with total investments of no less than $2.4 million and $500 thousand signature bonus to drill 4 new wells.
Eng. Abed Ezz el Regal, CEO of the EGPC and Geologist Ehab Awad, CEO of Trident Petroleum signed the agreement with the Minister in presence of the Ministry’s First Undersecretary for Petroleum Affairs and the Ministry’s Undersecretary for Exploration and Agreements, as well as CEO of Ganope and EGPC’s Executive Vice President for Exploration and Agreements.
