Eng.Tareq El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources received Mr. Takehiro Kagawa, Japanese Ambassador to Egypt, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations between both countries in oil and gas and petrochemical domains and achieve common economic interests.
The Minister pointed out that prospects of joint cooperation in various domains of oil industry , mineral resources and investment opportunities in the petrochemical and refining projects were discussed, along with emphasizing the significance of strengthening communication .To take advantage of Japan's great experience in the field of technology and opening up new areas, stressing that Japan is one of the countries that Egypt associated with close ties of political and economic levels. For his part, the Japanese Ambassador expressed the depth of the distinguished relations with Egypt and is reflected by the upcoming visit of President Sisi to Tokyo.
