The Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding Company announced the foundation of a new Egyptian company for oil carriers. The authorized capital of the new company is 150 million USD and the issued capital 5 million USD.
The contract of the new company was signed by EGPC, MIDTAP, Marine Services, National Navigation Company, Misr Bank and National Bank of Egypt. The Egyptian Kuwaiti Holding Company capital share is 30%. |
