Petroleum Marine Services Company PMS was incorporated according to the Investment and Free Zones Law No. 8 of the year 1997. PMS Shareholders are Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation EGPC, Petrojet, Enppi, and the petroleum housing and social services fund.
